About us

SMG Engineering Consulting Ltd. is a company based on more than 25 years of experience in building engineering designing and university researches, which considers the engineering and technical activities as its main goal. The business has been started in April 1997 following a split-up of a company with purely building engineering design activity. In order to further strengthen the company's position on the market, on October 16, 2001, we formed SMG-SISU Budapest Engineering Consulting Ltd. from the merging of SMG Kft. and SISU Budapest Kft., which was involved in several investments in Hungary. With this transformation, the new company became a full member of the former Swedish and Finnish based SISU Group, greatly expanding its foreign relations.

We created our dynamically working organization based on our extensive technical experience gained over the years, on our developing customer base and finally on the harmonious working relationship between our employees and our external colleagues and experts.

We use the newest techniques and equipment during our working routine in order to ensure the effective cooperation with our partners and the high quality performance during our projects. The importance of well-organized, precise work and information flow is a key factor for us. We keep in touch with our foreign customers and colleagues with up-to-date market knowledge.
